At OBT Bricks, we want to ensure every builder is satisfied with their purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return your unopened sets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to provide a seamless return experience so you can get back to building with confidence.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned bricks, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
