How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy for opened sets?
We accept returns on unopened sets within 30 days of purchase. For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on sets where the internal plastic bags have been opened.
What should I do if my set is missing a specific piece?
We strive for perfection, but if a piece is missing, please contact our support team with your order number and the part ID from the manual. We will ship the replacement piece to you free of charge.
Do you offer digital building instructions?
Yes, most of our sets include a QR code on the box that links to a high-resolution PDF version of the building instructions for your convenience.
